My name is Jaclyn and I am 30 years old. I grew up just outside of NYC in Bergen County, New Jersey (under 7 miles from the GWB).  I find happiness in creating images and sharing them with you all.

The Images

My Mission:

To capture the beauty in the world one image at a time, then turn those images into a masterpiece to share with the world.

My Images:

For the most part, my images are pure iPhoneography.  They are taken, cropped, adjusted, edited, and posted from solely my iPhone 4S.

Some of the older images and photos I have posted are from by Canon PowerShot SD1300, my Canon PowerShot SD600, or ::gasp:: my Blackberry Bold 9700.  With these older images I have used PhotoScape for cropping, adjustments, text, and edits.

To learn more about each image, check for details on the image’s page.

  1. It amazes me what you do with an iPhone. Your images are incredibly original, fresh and exciting. I carry my 4s with me everywhere I go, but never realized what a powerful photographic tool it could be in the hands of a talented artist like yourself. I look forward to seeing more of your creations. — Rob

  2. Nice site … I am glad you ran across my blog and commented, otherwise I might never have seen your blog. I have learned a thing or two already. Mainly what apps you are using. When I got my IPhone last November, I purchased a handful of apps and have only used one or two of them. So seeing your blog helps me see what can be done with what is out there. In fact, one of the most interesting that I purchased is a stitching app … I will post several later so you can see what I am talking about. Again, your work is very creative and your subject matter is intriguing. Keep up the nice work … Frank

    • Thanks Frank! Yes, iPhone’s are awesome tools for image editing, and I am learning new tricks daily myself 🙂 I not sure about the stitching app you refered to, what is the name of it?

  3. Your pictures are amazing. Simple things are the best. I like the “Lovers Nook” pic the best. Is it in a park?

  4. Hi! Just wanted to say thank you for reading my little blog. I hope you continue to enjoy it.

I like your iPhotography. It’s amazing what you can do with a phone camera.

  5. Hi! Thank you for the follow and I’ll keep going posting abstracts. You are taking wonderful images. Interesting that it’s also edited with your iPhone. Best wishes to you!

  6. You’ve got a great blog, Smartphones have been one awesome gadget to carry around. It has replaces a lot in my pocket and for most part it has been my primary camera for most part! I see you’ve been creative with your clicks too. Thanks for following the blog too 🙂

  7. Your iphonography stuff is great. I dont use cameras on phones-Im a bit old-school. Do all your images live in the digital realm? I reckon if you transfer them to paper/canvas via gel transfer (for example) you will give those beautiful images even more depth and interest.

    • Thanks skooter! Yes, my images do all live in the digital realm. I am working on uploading all of my images to a site in which they can be ordered in the form of prints (on paper or canvas) but I am interested in this process of transfering them to canvas that you speak of, and would love more info on it please 🙂 Is it an at home process? Any info would be great! Thanks!

  8. Thank you for following my blog. I use to do photography myself but regrettably I lost touch with it once I got into my game development course. I love the images that you have on here, keep it up!!! 😀

  9. I appreciate the header with the shack and the american flag. Where was it taken? I think there is much that could be read into this beautiful photo filled, on one level, with symbolic meaning. Great work!

  10. Thank you for visiting and following my blog! I think what you’re doing with the iPhoneography is really neat, and you are very good at it! (That counts for quite a lot, I think.) Love seeing your stuff in my reader 🙂

  11. I was going through my list of people on WP and I came to the realization that you were the first person to be kind enough to press the follow button on for my blog. I just wanted to say thank you on this day of thanksgiving. Without that small amount of amazement that came from such a simple act I wouldn’t have stuck with it and wouldnt have met some of the amazing people I have. So Thank You!!

  12. Great images here, Jaclyn, esp w/ such an easy-to-use device vs. “heavy lifting”. Am very impressed. Thanks for liking an earlier post of mine “Lily Pads in Blue”. I’ve been away from posting for awhile and visiting your sight has provided some more and new inspiration. Take care, and I’ll be visiting again soon!
